About The Role

Competitive salary

Permanent full-time position

Day shifts only, with no split shifts

Located at Rockingham Shopping Centre

As a talented Café Manager, you will :

Motivate, support and manage a team of all ages

Build rapport with your team and customers

Lead and develop a team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment

Uphold Miss Maud’s proven policies and procedures to ensure service, presentation and cleanliness standards are exceptional

Manage day-to-day café operations, including financials, inventory, and staff scheduling

Work with the executive manager to grow the profitability of the café

About You

Previous supervisory experience within a fast-paced environment

A “roll your sleeves up” attitude

A passion for customer service

Possess strong leadership and communication skills

Have at least 2 years of experience in café or restaurant management

Ability to manage day-to-day operations of the café

Someone who can think quickly and efficiently handle multiple tasks at once

A motivated team player with a keen interest to inspire others to learn and develop
