Case Manager - Family Preservation

Welfare Recruitment Solutions have been approached by a leading Not For Profit organisation that provide a wide range of support services to vulnerable clients across NSW, to assist in the recruitment of a Case Manager for their Family Preservation program. This role is immediately available so don't hesitate to get in touch now!

• ROLE

Your role will be to work intensively to support a caseload of families in order to stop children being removed into care. You will work directly in the home environment, undertaking comprehensive assessments, develop, implement and review clinical therapeutic treatments and interventions that identify strengths as well as areas of risk.

• CRITERIA
• Degree qualifications in social work or related field.
• Case management experience (specifically in early intervention or a child protection related program).
• Flexibility to see families in a home setting.
• Drivers licence.

In return, you will be offered a salary in the region of $84-89K (dependant on experience) + Super + the benefits of Salary Packaging associated for working with a NFP organisation.
