Electrical Supervisor – Bess & Substation Projects

Our client is an established leader in design, construction and maintenance of electrical, renewable, and telecommunications infrastructure and are known for their high-quality practices.

They are now seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to work on various BESS and Substation projects.

As part of the team, you will be responsible for site supervision keeping trades to program, quality safety, and cost.

You will need to be confident directing, driving and problem solving for onsite tasks.

The role will be to support the delivery of the design and installation of BESS and Substation Construction projects, experience in these areas is desirable.

HV Switching experience also desirable.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Enforce safety regulations and ensure that all work adheres to safety standards and best practices.

Manage the installation and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure they are installed correctly and are functioning as intended.

Act as a point of contact between the electrical team and other stakeholders, such as project managers, engineers and contractors.

Assist in reviewing electrical designs and plans to ensure feasibility and compliance with standards.

Manage work schedules and coordinate activities to ensure that project timelines and deadlines are met.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Trade or Tertiary Qualifications in Electrical Engineering

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Effective communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and presenting technical information.
