Bottle Shop Assistant Manager

Steve's Liquor is a family owned business. We pride ourselves in a high level of customer service, product range and knowledge.

The role :

We are looking for a responsible and experienced retail 2IC. You will ideally have previous retail experience with specific liquor industry experience being a plus, however this is not a requirement. You will need to have a passion for customer service and want to contribute positively to our team with a strong willingness to learn.

You must have some availability on nights and weekends.

Key responsibilities include :

• Handling wholesale account sales, data entry & administration
• Assist with rosters & staff management
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Checking of goods inwards and outwards to putting stock away in an efficient manner
• The ability to carry out moderate to heavy lifting
• Cash handling with accuracy and efficiency
