We are currently seeking a person with exceptional phone answering skills to join our Phone Customer Service team.

The successful applicant will have excellent people skills, and is able to answer the phone with a smile every time, even when working under pressure.
A Permanent Part-time position is available in our Tarneit location
- Monday to Friday 2.30pm - 7 : 00pm
Must have availability between 7am to 7pm as you will need to be able to cover holidays and sick leave at short notice.
Occasional Saturday work will be required in the future.
Responsibilities include :
- Answering calls for all our Melbourne locations - 45 locations with 55 Chiropractors and growing
- Making, rescheduling and controlling appointments using scripting
- Live Chat support for website visitors
- Supporting Chiropractors and other allied health professionals, administrative and management staff
- Training will be provided
- About You
You are a motivated person with reception experience, keen to learn new skills and can perform brilliantly under pressure.
To be successful in this position, you will require :
- Customer Service or Reception style experience
- Ability to cope under pressure
- Excellent phone manner
- Positive and outgoing attitude
- Competent with computer systems and open to learning new technologies
- Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people
- Excellent ability to multi-task
- Driver Licence & car
- Be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
