Position Title : Child Care Worker

Location : Melbourne, Victoria

Employment Type : Full-Time

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000 per annum (based on experience and qualifications)

We are currently seeking dedicated and qualified Child Care Workers to join our vibrant team and help shape the future of our children through early education.

About The Role

As a Child Care Worker, you will :

• Provide a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that supports children’s learning and development.
• Assist in the planning and delivery of age-appropriate educational activities.
• Support the emotional, social and developmental needs of children.
• Maintain hygiene, health and safety standards in the centre.
• Build warm and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Observe, record and report on children's progress and behaviour.
