About The Role

Reporting to the Project Services Lead , the Contract Administrator will be responsible for providing sub-contractual commercial and contractual advice supporting the Project Services and Project Delivery teams.

Responsibilities Will Include

• Managing project contractual matters, ensuring project costs, sub contractor claims and supplier agreements are reported and administered in accordance with Zenith’s Project Services Management Plan.
• Initiating, reviewing, analysing, planning, and administering the sub-contract process from invitation to tender to practical completion.
• Working with all parties, including internal divisions, suppliers, contractors, and clients, to ensure the best possible commercial outcome is achieved.
• Maintain effective working relationships with clients and subcontractors while negotiating on behalf of Zenith.
• Ensure that sub-contractors and suppliers deliver on their obligations under the negotiated agreements.
