The Role

  • 8 / 6 day shift only roster
  • Jimblebar Mine, WA
  • Lead preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
  • Supervise repairs, component change-outs, and breakdown support
  • Drive safety-first standards and continuous improvement across site operations
  • Collaborate closely with the client to ensure equipment runs at peak performance
  • New long-term contract

What You'll Need

  • Trade-qualified Heavy-Duty Fitter or Plant Mechanic
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in an open-cut mining environment
  • Strong working knowledge of CAT surface mobile equipment
  • Ability to lead a team, communicate professionally, and liaise confidently with clients and management
  • Applicants based in Newman and First Nations peoples strongly encouraged to apply
