At TSG & Lucky News Nundah Village we offer a wide range off Tobacconist, Newsagency and Golden Casket products.
Are you passionate about customer service? We are looking for a Team Leader to join our Team at TSG Nundah. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, driven and reliable individual
- Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and create instore experience
- Engage with customers and recommend products best suited to their needs.
- Day to day counter operations including Golden Casket
- Opening and closing procedures
- Stock management and maintenance
- Support and motivate team members to collectively meet store goals
- Staff training and development
- About you
- Golden Casket experience highly regarded
- Exceptional customer service skill set
- Multi-tasker and proactive on the job
- Fast learner and willingness to learn
- Flexible availability
- Attention to detail
- Punctuality / Reliability
