    • What this job involves
    • The opportunity exists for a Part Time Marketing Manager to join JLL across a mixed-use premium asset, working 2 days a week!

      This opportunity is for someone who is a strategic thinker and is results driven and passionate about connecting with the local building and surrounding communities. It's for a Marketing Manager that wants to show what they are made of, think creatively, demonstrate strategy and be truly connected to their customer needs and delivering, not just for the retailers, but working together to deliver for the building community including commercial occupants.

    • A snapshot of the role : _
    • Develop, prepare and execute the annual retail marketing plan, calendar and budget.
    • In conjunction with the Client, CRM and National team, develop and implement a Digital Marketing & Social Media platform strategy.
    • Prepare and present marketing content for Asset Reviews and other client presentations as required
    • Assist in development and execution of community engagement plan
    • Actively support new retailers through marketing assistance in launch phase
    • Produce media and advertising requirements in line with the marketing plan.

    • High level of confidence communicating to stakeholders at all levels
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver campaigns, events and activations to a high standard
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Superior written and verbal communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing desired
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in retail marketing
    • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
    • Experience presenting to stakeholder audiences including senior leaders
