As a Silverchain Customer Care Manager, you will manage a caseload of our elderly clients with Home Care Packages in the East / South-Eastern area of Sydney, you will be interacting with diverse client populations in their homes, and regularly communicating with our clinical, scheduling and service delivery teams to ensure a smooth and comprehensive care experience for our clients.
