Concierge

We are looking for an experienced full time concierge for a brand new luxury residential apartment block in Subiaco.

Position Description : The objective of the Concierge service is to provide residents with a high end hotel experience.

As the primary contact for all residents, the Concierge is expected to be well versed in the operation of the building, building amenities, way finding, provided resident services and local bars, cafes and restaurants.

The Concierge will posses a customer centric approach and present well when liaising with residents, guests and visitors. Working closely with the building Facilities Manager and Cleaners, the Concierge will ensure that the building is well presented, amenities coordinated and personal services provided for all to enjoy
