Solicitor

We are seeking a law graduate or newly admitted solicitor with experience in family law and / or crime. This position is to commence as soon as practicable.

About the role

You will work closely with our Director on all matters.

Within the family law aspect, you will advise clients on parenting arrangement, property settlements, Binding Financial Agreements, divorce and separation. You will also be exposed to Family Law trials, mediations and Court appearances.

Within the criminal law aspect, you will appear at the Magistrates and District Court for Mentions, Sentences and Bail Applications.

This role is ideal for a law graduate currently completing PLT or a 1-2 POA Solicitor.

• Excellent written and verbal communicational skills;
• Have proficiency in Microsoft Office;

Have a high level of initiative, and a pro-active approach; and

Have the ability to manage several priority matters simultaneously and autonomously.
