We are now seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Perth-based team to support our drilling sector clients. This is an exciting role where you can make meaningful contributions to our company's strategic growth.

About The Role

• As Recruitment Coordinator, you will support our team in the full life cycle of the recruitment process and provide ongoing support for successfully placed candidates.
• This process includes :
• Screening / vetting candidates; booking medicals and required training; completing background checks; scheduling and completing interviews; preparing the successful candidates for mobilisation; and checking in on them while they're on site.
• The successful applicant will work directly with their client group to maintain and build the client relationship, support their growing workforce needs, and manage their expectations.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks in the office, including answering the office phone.
• You will report to and proactively provide regular updates to the Operations Manager on recruitment and client activity.
