  • Responsibilities
  • Household Chores : Assist individuals with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Meal Management : Help plan, prepare, and serve meals, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Transportation : Provide transportation to participants for medical appointments, grocery shopping, and community events. A reliable clean vehicle and a valid driver's license are required for this role.
  • Community Engagement : Accompany participants in community events, social activities, and appointments, fostering social interaction and community integration
  • Clear Communication : Maintain clear and effective communication with participants, their families, and the support team to ensure the best care and support
  • Record Management : Maintain accurate and organized records of tasks completed, participant progress, and any incidents or concerns that may arise.
  • Problem Solving : Demonstrate the ability to identify and address challenges with confidence, finding creative solutions to meet the participants' needs.
  • Positive and Professional Approach : Interact with participants in a positive, professional, and friendly manner, promoting their overall well-being and quality of life.
  • Requirements
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Availability to work 7 days a week with flexible scheduling.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record management.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • A positive, professional, and fun approach to life.
  • Must have a working mobile phone with internet access.
  • Relevant disability-related qualifications are highly desired, but we are open to welcoming people who even have experience in disability, services, or any other hospitality-related work.
  • MUST HAVE own Car

    • Work Location : On the road and Indoors depending on the job

      Overtime pay - loading for Saturday / Sunday / Public Holidays

      Expected hours : 15 per week

      Schedule : Shift work

      Licence / Certification :

    • First Aid Certification (required)
    • Working with Children Check (required)
    • National Police Certificate (required)
    • Driver Licence (required)
    • Certificate III or IV in Disability (preferred)

      • Work Authorisation : Australia (required)
