About the Role :

Tradewind Australia is thrilled to partner with a prestigious co-educational Jewish Day School in search of a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator (Cert III) to join their nurturing 2-3 year old room at their Rose Bay Early Learning Centre .

This is a rewarding part-time opportunity that offers not only a beautiful working environment but also excellent benefits and the chance to be part of a caring, inclusive team dedicated to early childhood excellence.

The hours will be : 4 days a week

Tuesday and Wednesdays 1.30 - 5.30pm

Thursday 7.45 - 5.30 (8 hour day on a rotating roster including 30 minute lunch break)

Fridays 7.15 - 3.15pm

Key duties :

• Nurture authentic connections with our children and families through building strong trusted relationships
• Develop and / or assist the Room Leader with delivery of education programs that support children's independence, resilience, and social and emotional wellbeing
• Assist with the preparation, implementation and evaluation of developmentally appropriate programs for individual children and groups
• Document children's learning through observations and assessments in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
