From our humble beginnings as a decorative handle distributor, we've evolved into a leading supplier in the Cabinetry, Joinery, and Construction Industry. Our extensive product range includes drawer systems, hinges, appliances, general hardware, wireware, and many other leading brands.

The Opportunity

As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our Queensland team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying new sales opportunities, establishing strong customer relationships, and effectively managing accounts to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, delivering creative solutions to meet customer needs.

Achieve and exceed annual sales targets, including sales volume, profit margins, customer retention, and acquisition goals.

Contribute to territory planning and the implementation of short- and long-term sales strategies.

Build and nurture strong relationships with internal teams and external customers.

Utilise CRM systems to report on sales opportunities and manage customer accounts effectively.

Proven ability to work autonomously within a collaborative team environment.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify customer opportunities and drive results.

Demonstrated track record of delivering growth through effective territory planning and customer engagement.

Excellent planning, organisation, presentation, negotiation, and time management skills.

High levels of energy, self-motivation, and a desire to be rewarded for hard work.
