  • Position Summary

HCPA is seeking an enthusiastic

  • People and Culture Manager
  • to lead our talent strategy and enhance our workplace culture. In this pivotal role, you will oversee recruitment efforts, support performance management, and drive culture initiatives that align with our organisational values. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a thriving, engaged workforce.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective internal recruitment strategies, including advertising, screening, and interviewing.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions and recruitment plans.
  • Manage the onboarding process and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
  • Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team through coaching and feedback.
  • Advise and support managers on best practices in performance management.
  • Champion workplace well-being and positive culture through initiatives aligned with HCPA values.
  • Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • What We Look For
  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent management, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to foster a positive workplace culture and drive engagement initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and metrics.
