  • The Position
  • This role will be offered on a permanent

  • part time basis : Monday - Wednesday, 8am - 4.30pm
  • The Responsibilities
  • Some of the actual responsibilities will include;
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders
  • Prepare staff reinbursements
  • Reconcile supplier invoices and credit card statements
  • Manage insurances, registations etc
  • Collate and review weekly timesheets to prepare for payroll
  • Assist with tender documents
  • Maintain various spreadsheet and reports
  • Other administrative duties as required
  • The Requirements
  • To be successful for this role you must possess...

    Strong proven experience in a similar role

    Ability to work efficency within a small team

    Intemediate MYOB and MS Office skills

    Excellent communciation skills

    Stong organisational and attention to detail
