The Role

As the Assistant Boutique Manager , you will be empowering, enchanting, and storytelling-focused to lead your team of honeys towards achieving high commercial outcomes, guiding best practice customer service, and encouraging each honey’s individual characteristics.

To be successful in this role, you will possess the ability to be an exceptional communicator, knowledgeable on all the tips & tricks to build your team into a confident, collaborative hive, and drive positive experiences for all honeys (and / or their partners) visiting Honey Birdette—ensuring they never fall short of products to fulfill their honey b needs.

This role reports into the Boutique and Area Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving and achieving sales and KPI targets across your Boutique.
• Raising customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Empowering and encouraging honeys’ needs and guiding their exploration positively.
• Leading, coaching, and providing feedback to the honey team.
