Community Field Nurse

An exciting position to join our clinical team has become available for a motivated and passionate individual.

Key responsibilities include :

• Attend to and provide clinical care for our clients via home visits.
• Promote a strong customer focused culture.
• Ensure all documentation procedures and reporting meets relevant guidelines and legislation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislative requirements.
• Maintain up to date clear and accurate client care plans records and meet administrative requirements in accordance with policies procedures and funding guidelines.

The successful applicant will have :

• Current AHPRA Nursing registration (ESSENTIAL)
• Competency in the following clinical procedures Indwelling Catheter Change and CareSPC (Suprapubic Catheter) Changes and CareWound dressing changes and reviewInsulin administrationKnowledge and skill on conducting various clinical assessmentsTracheostomy Care
• Drivers license
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• High level of organisational skills
• Full Australian working rights
