Job descriptionOUR VALUES BENEFITS OF JOINING OUR TEAM Get paid above award hourly rates No weekend work Split shift allowances paid for when you work Before School Care & After School Care, or if you have a team meeting unattached to a shift Career growth and development via internal promotion and study pathway options Access to subsidised Diploma qualifications for eligible staff You will be paid for your onboarding and continuing professional training and development Learning specialists in your state to support you with your growth Support from your Service Coordinator, Regional Manager and the leadership team Gain experience working with children to complement your studies and career ABOUT THE ROLE Supervise and support a group of primary aged children Engage in a fun, safe, and compliant program Prepare and serve healthy food options Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the school community Nurture a positive environment for learning and enriching play-based educational experiences ABOUT YOU You are an enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare, with the ability to form positive relationships You have completed, are actively studying, or are willing to study a childcare related Certificate III or equivalent You hold a valid Working with Children Check (or are willing to obtain) You have First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates (or are willing to obtain) You have availability on weekdays and / or school holidays WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT US?
