Job descriptionEffectively developing and leading a team of 10+ superannuation consultants. Allocate daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to continually upskill employees. Provide initiatives that drive high performance and a strong culture. Proactively run weekly 1-1's to improve team and individual performance. Responsible for the removal of escalated internal employee issues. Ad-Hoc Duties as requested by the leadership team. The Successful Applicant What's on Offer Permanent, Full-Time Role in Melbourne CBD. Exciting New Offices in the CBD. 100K package, pending experience. Coaching a team of 10+ officers.
