The Branch is responsible for establishing and managing whole-of-government (WofG) arrangements with SAP, Concur, Oracle, AWS, IBM, Microsoft, and Rimini Street.
- Required experience / skills
- Experience negotiating with global ICT vendors and demonstrated expertise and knowledge of large-scale Enterprise Resourcing Planning (ERP) programs
- Subject-matter expertise in best practices, technical approaches, for large scale licensing arrangements
- Experience generating, interpreting, and analysing licence usage reports using audit tools such as SAP Licence Administration Workbench (LAW) and Measurement Program
- Experience in the provision of strategic licensing recommendations for large scale licensing arrangements, including licence optimisation.
- Desirable experience / skills
- Undertake current software licensing state analysis
- Requirements gathering across several stakeholder areas
- Attend negotiation workshops, finalise documentation based on feedback of workshops
- Advise, attend and participate, where required, in formal negotiations.
