We are currently seeking an experienced support worker with strong administration skills for a permanent part time opportunity in Perth (approx. 50 hours per fortnight).
Our opportunityOur Key Support Workers will be providing on-the-job training across a range of activities such as, cooking, to activities of daily living including
personal hygiene, dressing, eating and drinking, mobility, bladder and bowel support.You will be proving this training to new PSW's joining one of our client's team. This is to prepare them for working with our clients independently. Our Key Workers may work with one or several of our clients and they will also provide on-going support, coaching and be mentors to small teams of PSW's across these clients. You will be required to provide administration assistance to our Client Service Officer by monitoring clients' needs, updating care plans, completing OSH assessments and any other administration tasks as requested.
You will assist our Rostering team with shift fill, through attending the shift as a backup personal support worker and / or assisting with sourcing an appropriate personal support workers for client supports.
As part of the Key support worker role, travel is a large component of your role, meeting with clients and personal support workers on a regular basis.
Our Key Support Workers and PSW's will work as a team to always maintain high service standards and a positive team dynamic.
