You are applying for the position ofProgram Performance Coordinatorfor companyCEA.Please fill in your details below to submit an application for this position.This position is located in : Location : FyshwickThe PositionSupport the Programs Department in reporting and monitoring the financial performance of current and anticipated projects.Your responsibilities will include : Collate financial information, analyse variances and provide commentary in collaboration with Project Managers, including input to the Programs Board Report, Project Review Committee reports and other ongoing reporting as required.
- Support to Project ManagersProvide support to Project Managers in relation to Project Finance to ensure a consistent understanding and application across all projects.
- Company BudgetCollate financial information required for budget preparation, analyse variances and provide commentary as required.
- Development of Financial ToolsDevelop efficiencies in collating and reporting Project Financial Information via the use existing ERP software and the development and implementation of tools and models as required.Assist the Project Managers in the development – and ongoing management / reporting of – Risk Management Plans and associated Risk Register in order to achieve the outcomes as stated in the Mentor Risk Management procedure.
- Development of ProcessesAssist in the preparation and maintenance of finance processes under the Project Management Office Project Management Methodology.About You :
- Strong stakeholder management skills coupled with the ability to communicate and articulate financial information with senior stakeholders in a clear and effective manner;
- Strong organisational and problem solving skills, approaching all tasks with a continuous improvement mindset;
- Meticulous attention to detail, particularly with analysing and interpreting data;
- Ability to work under pressure, can multi-task, together with the capacity to plan and prioritise competing workloads to meet deadlines;
- Strong computer skills across the MS Office suite, particularly Excel; knowledge of Pronto or equivalent reporting systems an advantage
- A tertiary degree or equivalent experience in Finance or Accounting, with ability to present financial information to diverse (non-technical) audiences
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an AGSVA clearance (NV1).
