In this role you will also provide support to the Team Manager Lending and take a lead role in coaching and developing the team.
This role also demonstrates commitment to ensuring loan submission quality is high with an emphasis on first time right and a commitment to member retention by delivering an exceptional service to all our new and existing members.
Key responsibilities include :
- Provide engaging and professional customer service to RACQ members and prospective members by presenting relevant solutions in line with RACQ policy and procedures.
- Exceed member expectations and required benchmarks to position RACQ as a business that puts its members first in line with the RACQ values.
- Learn and retain a comprehensive knowledge of RACQ lending products, services, systems, and procedures via in-house training and coaching to ensure the provision of accurate and up to date information to our members.
- Comply with all relevant government legislation, whilst adhering to organisational guidelines, policies, and procedures. This is measured via the completion of assessments and achievement of required benchmarks, through a quality assurance process.
About you :
- Proven experience in a personal / consumer lending financial services environment with a demonstrated strong ability to solve problems, perform numerical calculations and interpret data in different situations
- High level of interpersonal skills is required to ensure effective communication when interacting with both customers and staff.
- Ability to influence / negotiate situations to ensure effective outcomes.
- Ability to use initiative to identify solutions for customers within the required RACQ policies, guidelines, and processes.
- Ability to maintain attention to detail with accurate data entry skills, while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly self-motivated, resilient, and reliable with a positive attitude towards achieving personal and team goals.
