You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly, solution-focused support for freight and logistics enquiries. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values exceptional service.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide accurate freight quotes, tracking updates, and service informationCoordinate bookings and manage freight dispatch and collectionsLiaise with carriers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery processesMaintain customer records and support day-to-day operationsWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 3 years' experience in a customer service roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesTech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systemsReliable, proactive, and able to work independentlyWhat We OfferSupportive team environmentFlexible part-time hoursOn-the-job trainingIf you're passionate about providing top-tier customer service and have experience in a fast-moving environment, we'd love to hear from you.
