Auto Electricians / Diesel & Motor Mechanics

We are seeking Auto Electricians, Diesel & Motor Mechanics to join our client, a specialist in Roadside Assistance and Towing Services. Operating across Queensland and NSW, providing essential support to motorists in need.

The successful candidates will be passionate about quality workmanship, demonstrate a strong work ethic & possess a can-do attitude. Your primary focus will be on customer satisfaction and roadside assistance Including all aspects of maintenance and repairs to trucks and trailers, Light / heavy vehicles & new vehicle pre-delivery etc.

Some of the duties may include but not limited to below;

• Providing clear and courteous communication with the customer, explaining the assistance process and estimated arrival times.
• Servicing and maintenance of vehicles (as per factory required standards)
• Diagnose, overhaul, repair, tune, maintain and test diesel, petrol and gas-powered vehicles
• Provide temporary fixes or repairs that can be done on-site to get the vehicle running again, such as jump-starting a battery, changing a tire, or providing a small amount of fuel.
• Assisting drivers who are locked out of their vehicles by providing lockout services.
• Detect mechanical and electrical faults by using instruments that check charging and starting circuitry, batteries, ignition and ignition timing, fuel injection systems and speed control, cylinder compression, engine condition, braking efficiency, and wheel balance and alignment
• Diagnostic tracing of fault codes and repair of traced fault
• Recording details of the assistance provided, including the driver's information, vehicle details, and services performed.
• When the vehicle cannot be fixed on-site, arranging and performing towing to a repair facility or a location of the driver's choice.

Skills & Experience :
