• About the Role
• Digital & Content Strategy
• Implement a digital and content marketing plan to drive increased engagement and conversion rates.
• Project manage online campaigns and promotional activities, including briefing in assets, building EDMs, and tracking key dates for on-time delivery.
• Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and retail activities with regular and relevant content updates.
• Create and oversee ARLs (Asset Request Lists) for campaigns.
• CRM & Loyalty
• Develop and implement customer-led strategies in conjunction with Brand Marketing, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Technology, and Data Insights teams.
• Analytics & Reporting
• Analyse and report on the ROI of campaign outcomes.
• Conduct post-campaign reporting with actionable insights.
• Track and analyze key metrics to refine future strategies.
• SEO & Growth Opportunities
• Drive SEO through blogs and optimized product descriptions.
• Explore and pursue affiliate marketing opportunities with digital marketing team.
• Skills & Qualifications
• 2-3 years of ecommerce or CRM experience, ideally in fashion or retail.
• Basic understanding of SEO, content strategy, and analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
