So what's the opportunity?

Our state of the art, meat processing facility is in need of a full-time, fully qualified and experienced butcher to join the production team working the afternoon shifts (between 10 : 00am - 7 : 00pm).

Working closely with the Section Supervisors, the successful applicant will be preparing meat products (mainly beef, lamb, poultry and pork products) by cutting and trimming product to fulfil orders to be delivered to our Drakes Supermarkets stores.

As a key member of the Fresh Food team, you will be :

A qualified and experienced butcher with high standards of personal hygieneExperienced in cutting high volumesPassionate about producing high quality cuts of meat for sale in our supermarket storesReliable, friendly and motivatedAble to work in a fast-paced environmentCommitted to maintaining work health and safety standards
