You enjoy pulling objects apart and putting them back together because you are fascinated with understanding how they work, which is what drew you to this field in the first place.Most of your time is spent in the workshop, but you are interested in getting out on the road and visiting customers. This is because of the autonomy it provides and it means that no day ever looks the same.About the RoleThis is a great opportunity to move to and live in Melbourne. As part of your role, you will go through a structured training program at our national head office in Melbourne for your first 6 months and be provided with fully furnished accommodation, before returning back to WA at our branch located in Malaga.
As part of the role, you will work closely with Senior Technicians to :
Develop your skills and knowledge across a broad range of machines and across a number of industry brands, including; GMM, Burkhardt and Thibaut to name a few.Assist Senior Technicians to effectively maintain machinery across Melbourne and Perth.Conduct root cause analysis, fault-finding and diagnosing efficient solutions to machine breakdowns.Execute the installation process from pre-site inspection, overseeing the delivery of machines, assembling the machines through to training end users.Take part in the ongoing training and development program as part of your role to become a true industry expert.Act as a key point of contact for the customer, you will represent the brand and communicate with key stakeholders from Production Managers to small business owners.Selection CriteriaTo be considered for this opportunity, you will need to be able to tick the list below.
