• Conflict Resolution
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur while helping teams implement changes effectively
• Quality Assurance
• deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint & facilitate communication and effective collaboration
• Demonstrated Scrum Master experience within an Agile Framework
• Able to demonstrate communication and leadership skills including stakeholder engagement and clear documentation skills
• A track record of delivering technology products in large organisations
