• The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and proactive

• Cleaning and Sanitation Supervisor
• to join our team in Harvey, WA. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and upkeep of our site while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. This is a full-time role, primarily supervising night shift operations, and presents a fantastic opportunity to lead a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• The Role
• Oversee and supervise cleaning, sanitation, and pest control activities to maintain regulatory and company standards.
• Lead and manage a team of cleaning and sanitation personnel, fostering a strong team culture.
• Coordinate recruitment, training, and performance management for team members.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and conduct risk assessments to promote a safe working environment.
• Monitor costs and ensure operations remain within budget, providing weekly and monthly analysis.
• Drive department performance by establishing and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with various departments to improve processes and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to your team through coaching and one-on-one mentoring.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures and practices.
• A solid understanding of health and safety regulations, with experience conducting risk assessments.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
