Ideally, you will be an experienced, commercially minded, and driven individual, looking to take the next step in your career.

You will be required to drive business development initiatives, provide hands-on leadership to our team of associates, and contribute to the overall growth of the global consultancy & advisory business.

You will work with some of the world's biggest clients to manage cultural change programmes, identify new disciplines, and scale the Malaysia & Singaporean business.What Will You Be Doing?Lead, grow, and manage the APAC consultancy function, taking full responsibility for day-to-day operations, performance management, and development.Manage a team of high-performing EHS consultants in Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru & Singapore.Provide weekend support on one of the biggest data centres in the world.Set and achieve ambitious fee-earning and selling targets for yourself and team members, focusing on generating substantial individual revenue contributions.Leverage your consultancy background and active network to identify new business opportunities and drive business development efforts.Shape the strategic direction of the APAC consultancy team, aligning it with the company's overall goals.Foster a culture of cross-selling and collaboration throughout Shirley Parsons to maximize client and business opportunities.Ensure consistent management approaches across the APAC division to maintain high service quality and client satisfaction.Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, showcasing our consultancy services' value.What We Are Looking For : Thorough understanding of consultancy services related to Safety, Quality, and Sustainability.Proven experience in consultancy services with an active and dynamic network in the field.Experience working for a consultancy firm is essential.Successful track record in business development and revenue generation.Strong leadership skills to lead a team and drive performance.Commercially minded and strategic, contributing to the company's overall direction.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with emerging SE Asia markets.Experience in scaling key accounts and managing daily queries.Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and growth.Experience in cross-selling and promoting collaboration.Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to APAC are a plus.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionConsultingBusiness Consulting and ServicesReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at SP Data Centers by 2x.Get notified about new Head of Environment, Health, and Safety jobs in Greater Kuala Lumpur.Locations : Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor, Malaysia MYR3,000 - MYR3,500 (1 week ago); WP.
