  • our early intervention support, advice and solutions service transforming the lives of children and their families living with disability or developmental challenges.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • As our Intake Officer, you will be the

  • first point of contact
  • for new clients seeking support from VisAbility. You will :
  • Confirm client eligibility and funding access (NDIS, health, aged care, etc.)
  • Schedule and follow up on initial appointments
  • Liaise with external funders, referrers, and stakeholders
  • Accurately manage client information in our systems
  • Represent VisAbility at events and engagement opportunities
  • Support service access while upholding client privacy and dignity
  • Contribute to improving our processes
  • Other duties as requested by Management
  • This is a 12- month fixed-term, full

  • time position based in Victoria Park, Perth.
