  • Your role

A great opportunity currently exists for a paralegal to join our award winning property team working closely with partners Lee Rossetto and Gehann Perera. People seeking part-time hours are very welcome to apply.

As a member of this team you will work on a range of property matters including leasing and conveyancing work.

Key tasks :

  • Settlements - PEXA, paper, buyback
  • Searches relating to due diligences - property and planning, environmental; mining tenements and leases and Landgate searches
  • Preparation of submissions in relation to aggregation of duty and charitable exemptions for stamp duty assessments
  • Lodgement and withdrawal of caveats
  • Preparation of due diligence reports
  • Preparation and lodgement of leasing documents
  • What you need
  • experience in commercial property law
  • strong drafting skills
  • a strong client focus and demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with peers, clients and industry experts
  • a keen eye for detail
  • an ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, sharing files and clients
  • a desire to help grow a successful and collaborative high volume leasing and conveyancing practice
  • an interest in continuous process improvement and generating efficiencies through innovation and state of the art technology

  • Our Team

    • MinterEllison's Perth Infrastructure, Construction and Property team is led by partners Lee Rossetto, John Prevost, Gehann Perera, Tom French and Nada Raphael and provides comprehensive legal support to government agencies, major institutional property investors, developers, landlords, retirement village operators, contractors, financiers and tenants on all facets of urban renewal, commercial, industrial, retail and residential property including due diligences, acquisitions, disposals, development, leasing and disputes.
