This CFC will offer Home Delivery, Crowd and Direct to Boot.Join us in providing a little good for our online customers. Reporting to the Fresh Production Manager, this role will :Shape the future of online shopping in NSWSupport the Fresh Production Manager to ensure optimal CFC operational performance for Inventory Management and Replenishment activities across all the Fresh trading departments (Bakery, Seafood, Deli, Meat, and Fruit & Veg).Support the Fresh Production Manager to lead, manage, and support a team to provide an exceptional level of service to all Online customers by ensuring stock is available when required to support picking of Online orders.This role will lead the Fresh Production team in the absence of the Fresh Production Manager.What makes you right for WooliesXAs the Fresh Production ADM, your key responsibilities will includeEnsure good availability routines and practices so that stock on hand is maintained accurately and made available to support the efficient and accurate picking of Online ordersSupport the Fresh Production Manager to supervise the team to ensure shelves are replenished in timely manner, to ensure customers receive their orders on time and in fullDemonstrate a sound Fresh Food knowledge, a commitment to quality and fresh productEnsure CFC tasks are completed in line with company policies and procedures, including but not limited to food safety and security standardsSupport the Fresh Production Manager to complete all promotional planning and daily production planning for Deli / Seafood and Bakery departmentsProvide feedback, ideas and concerns to the Fresh Production Manager to improve our offer to customersKey Skills & CompetenciesAbility to coach, motivate and inspire a large team to stretch their capabilities and unleash their potentialRemain composed under pressure to deliver results whilst maintaining leadership profileCommunicate information and ideas to the team in a clear and focused way that is understood by team members and achieves outcomesFinancial acumen and ability to analyse information, identify trends and prioritise issues, then make effective decisions and deploy resources as neededInnovative and not content with status quo, always looking for new ways to delight the customerUnderstand the perfect order scorecard segments, Voice of Customer, and other metrics to analyse the CFC and deliver resultsHave a sound understanding of Quality Control processes and provide feedback to enable continuous improvementEssential knowledge and experienceFresh trading department (Deli / Bakery / Meat / Fruit & Veg) experienceExperience in minimum of at least one Bakery, Deli, Fruit & Veg or Seafood production processesExperience in inventory management practicesPrevious experience supervising and developing a diverse teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsExperience supporting the performance, development and engagement of team membersComputer literateDesirable knowledge and experienceExperience with visual merchandising and stock controlExperience working in a highly regulated environmentExperience working in food online environmentRetail management experienceExperience in promotional planningKnowledge of Online order fulfilment processes and systemsExperience working to a budget to achieve business targets including CODB and throughputGrow with the GroupAs an inclusive, team-first company, our people are at the core of everything we do.
