They are seeking a Property Accounts Administrator to join their busy and supportive team.
Responsibilities of the roleReceipt of rental payments and allocation of fundsCoding invoices for payment (paperless system and manual hard copy)Preparing chargeback sheets for multi-tenant propertiesPreparation and sending of invoicesCalculate and charge tenants' monthly outgoingsDispute charges with suppliers eg double-upsReconcile invoices and explain charges to tenantsSetting up new Leases in Timberline and updating Timberline with Lease Renewals / Assignments etcProviding Asset Manager first adjusted invoice and Lease Summary once set upPreparation and sending of Welcome letters to tenantsChasing tenant arrearsPrepare fortnightly arrears report for meeting with Asset ManagerAttend fortnightly Property Management meetings with Property TeamSetting up of bonds with with preferred banking providerMaintain Bond / Bank Guarantee registerPrepare final statement of adjustments for vacating tenantsPrepare rent review letters including calculating Fixed & CPI increases.Ad Hoc tasks for Asset Manager, Finance Manager or Directors.A can do attitude with high attention to detail as receipting of funds / preparation of invoices is a big part of this role.Ability to work within a fast paced environmentAbility to read / understand ledgersFor any further questions or to have a confidential conversation about the role, please call
