Join our team as a Senior People Partner at The Star Brisbane.
The Star Brisbane is Australia’s newest entertainment hub at the heart of the new Queen’s Wharf Brisbane precinct. The first phase is now open, with more venues and experiences on the way. The Star Brisbane offers a variety of new dining, bars, and unique entertainment options. It also includes a five-star luxury hotel, The Star Grand, and a state-of-the-art Event Centre.
As our Senior People Partner , reporting directly to the Head of People Partnerships, you will closely collaborate with The Star Brisbane’s corporate and operational functions and align them to the wider people strategy. In this role, you will manage your own portfolio, playing a pivotal role in developing leadership capabilities whilst ensuring regulatory and governance requirements are met. You’ll also collaborate closely with the broader People Operations team, including Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and Remuneration & Benefits, to drive impactful change. You will provide strategic insights to drive business decisions & act as a strong catalyst of change.
