Logistics Coordinator

Bibra Lake as the Logistics Coordinator . In this role you will be joining a hardworking, supportive, highly customer-focused team with flexibility to choose a Monday to Friday, 4am to pm OR 9am to 5pm work schedule.

• Coordination of the timely and efficient despatch and receipt of goods throughout the warehouse
• Preparing and processing relevant documentation and maintains records
• Assisting the sales team in providing updates for customers goods and providing guidance for outside the norm enquiries
• Key liaison between operations & sales / branches teams on daily DIFOT performance
• Assisting the warehouse team in picking and packing of goods from time-to-time
• Assisting in maintaining inventory accuracy at the site
• Great attention to detail, specifically in relation to accurate record keeping and document preparation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• SAP exposure, specifically in the front end highly regarded
• Ability to manage own time and prioritise effectively.
• Knowledge of load restraint requirements and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer focus
