As an international company and market leader in manufacturing our client is going through an exciting journey of change and is seeking a Service Coordinator to join the Sydney team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter to grow their career within a company that offers growth and the ability to upskill.

  • The Role
  • In this role, you will be joining the customer service team at a key time of their development to support several changes. This role will offer you exposure to the following tasks :

  • Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Entering data and database management
  • Supporting the overall administrative tasks of the business (where required)
  • Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to keep up to date with the day to day business
  • Processing and managing deliveries
  • Finding ways to improve administrative processes
  • About you
  • To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has very strong administration experience and / or customer service experience. Someone who is passionate about building relationships with others. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess great organisational skills and have a strong work ethic which will allow you to thrive working in this environment.
