• About the Role

Due to ongoing success and business growth KB Seafood Co opened our new processing facility in Morningside, Queensland which will pack a variety of chilled and frozen seafood products to be distributed across Australia via our expansive supply chain network. This site will operate in a fast-paced environment working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure we are exceeding our customers' expectations.

We have exciting opportunities for enthusiastic and motivated Packers to join the site team for our start up site.

• Key Responsibilities
• Packing of Seafood in a wet and cold environment
• Assist with product quality and traceability e.g., label cartons, use by / best before dates.
• Working to a high standard of Safe Food handling practices
• General labouring duties and housekeeping / cleaning activities across the production area
• Any other duties necessary to ensure the responsibilities of the role.
• About You

You will have :

• Flexible hands-on work attitude and a good level of physical fitness.
• Ability to work well in a team environment in cold temperatures.
• Previous Experience in the food industry, such as seafood, meat, or poultry will be highly regarded.
• Full Australian Working Rights
• Good Communication Skills
• Sound understanding of all WHS protocols.
