Forklift Driver / Storeperson | $35.00 p / h + Super | Blacktown Area

Monday to Friday | 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

About the Company :

Our client is a leading industrial machinery manufacturer known for producing high-quality, innovative products. Due to growth, they are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Driver / Storeperson to join their busy team in Blacktown.

Role Overview :

This hands-on role involves operating forklifts, managing inventory, assisting in material movement, and supporting general workshop and manufacturing activities. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse / manufacturing setting and is looking for stable full-time hours with career growth potential.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Safely operate forklifts to move steel, metal, and other heavy materials (up to 20 kg).
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Load and unload trucks, manage incoming / outgoing deliveries.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse stock and materials.
  • Assist with basic machine operations such as cropper machines.
  • Support tradespeople with general duties (assembly, fabrication).
  • Keep the workshop clean, safe, and well-organized.

Requirements :

  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Valid NSW Driver’s License (unrestricted).
  • Current Forklift License (LF) with hands-on experience.
  • Previous experience in a storeman , forklift operator , or pick and pack role.
  • Physically fit – able to lift up to 20 kg safely.
  • Basic knowledge of machinery or workshop tools preferred.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and safety awareness.
