Customer Service Rep / Service Advisor

We seek an

• Automotive Service Advisor
• to join our friendly team. Working closely with our Service Manager, you will receive all the support you need to meet our high standards of customer service.
• About the Role
• Liaising with customers, you will be responsible for estimating costs and work times and ensuring our customers are kept up to date at every stage of the servicing process.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships by delivering high customer satisfaction
• Communicate estimated completion times, regular updates and follow through on each customer vehicle
