At Signcraft, we don’t just manage our signage projects, we bring them to life.
From concept to final installation, our Project Managers are hands-on leaders in delivering exceptional signage outcomes across the construction, retail, transport, government sectors and more.
We’re looking for a confident, technically skilled PM to join our national team. Someone who can walk the floor with Production in the morning, resolve scope changes with the client by lunch, and inspect install quality by the afternoon. Sound like your kind of gig?
About the Role
You’ll manage the full lifecycle of your projects following quote acceptance through to site completion, with one eye on quality, the other on the clock, and both feet on the ground.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Estimating, Design, Engineering, Production, and Installers. You’ll juggle schedules, solve problems, and manage expectations always with a customer-first mindset and the drive to deliver on time, in full, and error-free.
This role is not for the faint of heart or the permanently desk-bound. We’re after someone who thrives on complexity, likes to get their hands on drawings and specs, and takes personal accountability for outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate projects using MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools
Own project delivery from order to install, managing scope, resources, and timelines
Liaise with clients, manage subcontractors, and keep communication sharp and solution-focused
Interpret and review technical drawings, material specs, and production documents
Monitor project budgets, track margins, and support clean financial handovers
Manage project risks, site meetings, OH&S, and quality assurance checks
Keep Epicor and project records squeaky clean and up-to-date
Represent Signcraft with professionalism, confidence, and a results-driven attitude
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Must-haves :
5+ years’ experience in signage, construction, or manufacturing PM roles
Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and work with technical drawings
Strong communication, coordination, and commercial acumen
High proficiency with Microsoft Office + project tools
Valid Driver Licence – site visits are part of the deal
Proven ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
Nice-to-haves :
Qualifications in PM, Construction, or similar
Familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor a bonus)
Experience with Aconex, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
Government or transport project exposure
We’re not just about signs, we’re about strategy, speed, and standout service. You’ll be joining a company with decades of industry leadership, national reach, and bold ambitions.
