Parts Manager - Heavy Vehicle Sector (AC7961)

Ready to take the reins in a growing aftermarket parts operation? We're hiring a Parts Manager to lead and drive performance at our dynamic Rocklea location.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee parts and inventory management, mentor junior team members, and support national growth strategies. You'll be central to our expansion, ensuring smooth operations and proactive sourcing for high-demand vehicle brands.

The role is 100% on-site, Monday to Friday, and suited to someone who thrives on responsibility, takes initiative, and can keep pace in a fast-moving, solutions-focused business.

You’ll be starting with a small team — including an apprentice — and helping to shape our future as we grow into other major cities. Previous experience with complex supply chains or international parts sourcing is a plus.

Salary range : $100K–$110K + vehicle or allowance. We're open to seasoned pros or rising stars who bring the right mindset.
