- ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Manager looking to step into a new challenge. As a dedicated inbound sales manager, your role will be to nurture existing and new client relationships and liaise with suppliers and vendors.
- Excellence in service and a solutions mindset of all incoming sales inquiries
- Manage current key account customers
- Develop an excellent understanding of the current product range
- Recommend and select products for customers based on their individual needs
- Collaborate with the Managing Director and Estimators to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
- Create positive and lasting relationships with our vendors and suppliers
- Handle ad-hoc and general tasks, such as processing and recording sales, as needed

- ABOUT YOU
- Ideal skills
- Have
- 4 years of experience in a relevant area of sales
- Good mechanical and / or engineering aptitude or relevant industry experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Quick thinking to provide creative solutions that address customers' needs and concerns
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Eagerness to learn and perform tasks exceptionally
- Current Driver's Licence
- Ability to
- Be highly organised and diligent yet able to problem-solve and think on your feet
- Be self-motivated and work autonomously
- Listen to customer needs, and deliver on their expectations
- Build strong relationships with customers based on trust and transparency
