Job Description Summary
Our team is growing, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and organised digital marketing professional to help us take our marketing program to the next level.
This role isn't for anybody. The successful applicant must be passionate about all things digital marketing and have a confident understanding of digital marketing practices.
About the Role
This role is responsible for coordinating and executing ServiceStream's digital marketing strategies that result in exceptional brand and commercial outcomes. This is a hands-on role and a passion for creatively growing great brands through digital channels is essential.
Nature of position : Permanent Full Time
Location : Melbourne or North Sydney
Reporting Line : National Brand & Marketing Manager
Key responsibilities
Support development of digital marketing strategies
Monthly reporting on engagement across digital platforms
Maintain up to date internal and external distribution groups
Story writing and corporate communication drafting (opportunity to expand this skill further if interested)
Explore and recommend new processes to get the most out of our digital marketing efforts
Support the wider Corporate Affairs and Sustainability team with campaigns and strategy
Provide exceptional customer experience with a "can-do" attitude
Be passionate about marketing and great team player looking to thrive and develop
About You
2+ years' experience in a Digital Marketing role preferably within a B2B organisation or agency experience
Experience managing multiple internal clients, campaigns, and projects at a time
Experience with Google Analytics, Squarespace, Craft and other website management systems
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, troubleshooting and debugging skills
Organisational, time-management, relationship management and prioritisation skills
Qualifications required
Degree qualified, preferably in a related field of study but not essential
Competencies required
Strong competency in Google Ads and Google Analytics
Broad hands-on competency in essential parts of Craft and Squarespace website CMSs
Strong competency and experience in data reporting, making recommendations, and assessing against goals (KPIs and ROI)
Graphic design competency and experience using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), highly desirable
