We’re looking for a passionate Behaviour Specialist | Program Supervisor to join our leadership team at Scarlett’s Autism Therapy Centre.

As a parent to an autistic daughter, I’ve experienced firsthand how important early intervention is — and how much families need to feel genuinely supported. That’s why we built Scarlett’s : a warm, family-first clinic where children are celebrated, families are understood, and clinicians are empowered to do meaningful work.

Now, we’re growing — and looking for someone who shares that same passion and purpose.

In this role, you’ll :

Lead and oversee personalised early intervention programs
Support and coach a dedicated therapy team
Partner with families to create lasting outcomes in clinic
Help shape the quality and direction of clinical services

We’re looking for someone who :

Is a CBA or BCBA (or working towards certification)

Has strong knowledge of behaviour-analytic practices in early intervention

Communicates clearly, professionally, and with care

Enjoys working with young children and supporting their development

Uses data to inform decision-making and track progress

Has experience in team supervision and therapist coaching

Can work exclusively within our onsite clinic in Penrith
